What you send us
The free opportunity check asks for your business name, website (optional for idea-stage), city, and WhatsApp or email. You can also say what you need most: Get found on Google, More Etsy sales, Validate an idea, or Build a tool. The contact form asks for your name, WhatsApp or email, and what you need built.
If the link you used has UTM parameters, those values are stored with the form in a hidden field: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, and utm_content.
The consent line on the free check is: You can contact me about my snapshot.
Why we use it
We use those details to send the free snapshot and to reply with the next step. No commitment. No spam.
The snapshot covers: the searches your buyers make, where you stand, and the 3 biggest opportunities.
Where the form goes
When NEXT_PUBLIC_FORM_ENDPOINT is set, the form is sent to that address (for example Formspree). When it is not set, the form is not delivered, and the page says so. You can use WhatsApp or email instead, once those are set.
WhatsApp chats stay on WhatsApp. We do not run a separate inbox for them on this website.
Analytics
If NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_ID is set, we ask before loading Google Analytics 4. If you reject analytics, the Google tag is not loaded. If you allow it, we record the events listed in the site plan: form submits, WhatsApp clicks by location, CTA clicks, FAQ opens, and the other events in that plan.
We do not add review or rating markup.

We do not sell the details you send us.
